Afton takes you on a journey through a typical family Christmas party with the start of good food, conversation, feral cousin time, the nativity play, caroling and the good ole white elephant gift exchange. Part 2 includes Afton and Mitzi's older sister Wendi, who had some technical difficulties connecting to the previous episode. In this episode, Wendi tells Afton and Mitzi her mid-life athletic moments on the ski slopes. Have some laughs with us about ski lift mishaps. 

Afton and Mitzi connect with their older sister, Wendi. They discuss the different ways they stayed active in their 20's from aerobics and kickboxing and how to get back into athletic shape in their 50's, from tennis to skiing. Even though it's been 30 years since Wendi has been snow skiing, it's like riding a bike. She can do it, with a few mishaps along the way.

Afton and Mitzi host a Sunday evening after dinner podcast with Afton’s sons Zach and Greg, daughter-in-law, Camry, grandkids, nieces, Stephanie and Brittney and Great Grandma Ellie chimes in as well. They reminisce family ties that bind them together, especially childhood Christmas memories.

There have been many Christmas movies that have been produced throughout the years, but a few have lasted enough to be repeatedly watched year after year. Afton and Mitzi sit down with their parents, Stan and Eleanor and reminisce and review the Christmas movie classics.

Afton And Mitzi sit with their mother, Eleanor to discuss what their grateful for and the family traditions and dishes they love most at Thanksgiving.

Four generations are together in one location. Afton and Mitzi are visiting on the back patio of their parent's home, Stan and Eleanor.  Joining them are cousins Zach, Afton's son, and Stephanie, Rob's daughter along with their children.

Being perfect is usually what sister or spouses expect from one another, but nobody is perfect. Afton and Mitzi recap their past episodes with sisters Wendi and Jill. Even though we all strive to be our best self, we sometimes fall short. Forgiveness and acceptance that we're all different helps us get through the hard knocks of life.

Afton sits down with one of her best friends, Sandy, who shares the memory of when  they met and how their 25 year friendship has lasted. Sandy is also in mid-life as a middle child, living her best life, and that goes to having lifelong friendships.
